WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR QUOTE, YOU ARE NOT LOCKED INTO ANY CONTRACT OR CHARGED ANY FEED. AMENDMENTS ARE COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD; THIS STEP SERVES AS AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AND ENABLES ME TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY. BOOKINGS WILL BE FINALISED VIA EMAIL, AND A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED ONY AFTER WE HAVE LOCKED IN YOUR ITEMS TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.

Installation

BALLOON GARLANDS, SIGNS AND FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE INSTALLED ONTO THE EVENT QUARTER HIRE PIECES. 

IF YOU HAVE DONE A DIY OR RENTED A 3RD PARTY BACKDROP, I AM ABLE TO INSTALL THESE WITH A FEE OF $15 DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL MATERIALS REQUIRED AND TIME SPENT DELIVERING.

 Bookings 

UNFORTUNATELY, IN PEAK SEASON I DO NOT HIRE OUT EASELS/STANDS AND FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS ON THEIR OWN. WITH LIMITED STOCK THEY ARE KEPT FOR OUR PACKAGES OR BIGGER BOOKINGS WITH SIGNAGE AND BACKDROPS.

Standard Bookings

FOR STANDARD BOOKINGS A $30 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE EVERYTHING FOR YOUR SPECIFIC DATE. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN ONE MONTH OF YOUR EVENT.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL, YOUR BOOKING IS NOT SECURED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS PAID. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID 5-7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, AT WHICH IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE.

Luxe Bookings

FOR LUXE BOOKINGS AND WEDDINGS, A $100 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE EVERYTHING FOR YOUR SPECIFIC DATE. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF YOUR EVENT DUE TO LIMITED STOCK AND DEMAND.

THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID 5-7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, AT WHICH IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE.

Wedding Bookings

FOR WEDDINGS THAT REQUIRE PURCHASES AND NEW STOCK, THE FULL COST OF THESE WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN 6-12 WEEKS PRIOR AT WHICH IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. 

THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID 5-7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, AT WHICH IT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY THIS OFF EARLIER, THAT CAN BE ARRANGED. 

Damages 

ALTHOUGH I DO NOT REQUIRE A BOND WHEN BOOKING, IF A HIRE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN RETURNED/PICKED UP, THIS WILL RESULT IN THE HIRER PAYING FULL AMOUNT TO AMEND THE PROP TO ITS PRIOR CONDITION. THE AMOUNT WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNER.

WE ABSOLUTELY UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE HIRE ITEMS, MOST OF WHICH HAVE BEEN USED COUNTLESS TIMES OVER AND WILL SHOW GENERAL WEAR. HOWEVER, THIS FEE WILL INCLUDE ITEMS WITH EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF SCUFFING, SCRATCHES, FOOD, DIRT, PAINT ECT THAT WILL RESULT IN HEAVIER CLEANING TIME THAN NORMAL.

Replacement Costs

THE HIRER ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ITEMS ONCE THEY TAKE POSSESSION. THIS IS FROM THE TIME IT IS DELIVERED/PICKED UP TO THE TIME IT IS COLLECTED/DROPPED OFF.

THE HIRER IS LIABLE FOR THE REPLACEMENT COSTS OF ANY EQUIPMENT THAT IS STOLEN, GOES MISSING, IS VANDALISED OR BROKEN.

THIS INCLUDES PACKAGING THAT IS GIVEN TO THE HIRER TO PROTECT THE ITEMS WHEN TRANSPORTING.

THE AMOUNT WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNER.

Weather

THE HIRER IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE WEATHER. I WILL DO MY BEST TO SECURE ALL ITEMS FROM THE WIND, HOWEVER IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNSUITABLE IT IS THE HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THE ITEMS FROM WEATHER INCLUDING THE RAIN.

90% OF OUR STOCK IS NOT SUITABLE IN RAINY CONDITIONS AND WATER DAMAGES CAN BECOME UNRESTORABLE. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND. 

Deliveries

IF THE DELIVERY IS TO YOUR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, THE HIRER MUST ENSURE THEY ARE HOME AT THE AGREED DELIVERY TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE CHARGE. UNLESS ALTERNATE PLANS HAVE BEEN ARRANGED PRIOR.

DUE TO THE INCREASED NUMBER OF BOOKINGS PER WEEKEND I WILL ONLY BE DOING DELIVERIES ON BOOKINGS $220 +. ALL SMALLER BOOKINGS WILL BE ARRANGED FOR PICKUP FROM THE WAREHOUSE OR AN ALTERNATE LOCATION ARRANGED PRIOR.

Drop Offs

IF YOUR ORDER IS FOR PICKUP ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT DATE UNLESS ARRANGED OTHERWISE PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. THERE WILL BE A $40 LATE FEE FOR THOSE WHO FAIL TO DO SO.

Pick Ups

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SHOW UP WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF OUR AGREED PICKUP TIME. I DO UNDERSTAND THINGS COME UP SO I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO WAIT FOR THOSE RUNNING BEHIND IF YOU HAVE LET ME KNOW. HOWEVER, I AM USUALLY ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE WITH BACK TO BACK PICKUPS AND DELIVERIES. 

THEREFORE, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF $40 FOR THOSE ARRIVING OVER 45 MINUTES LATER THAN OUR ARRANGED TIME. ADDING TO THAT, IF THE HIRER DOESN'T SHOW UP AFTER 2 ATTEMPTS OF AGREED MEETING TIMES, THIS WILL FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING WITHOUT REFUND.

Pick Ups/Drop Offs

IT IS THE HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY TO WAIT IF THEY HAVE ARRIVED EARLY FOR PICKUP OR DROP OFF. THE ITEMS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE. LEAVING ITEMS OUTSIDE WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL RESULT IN A $40 MISCONDUCT FEE. THIS INCLUDES HIRERS THAT HAVE SHOWN UP UNANNOUNCED TO DROP OFF THEIR ITEMS AFTER THE EVENT.

Public Holidays

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL 20% CHARGE JUST ON THE DELIVERY/PICKUPS/DROP OFF FEE.
