The Birchip Cropping Group hosted their Young Farmer Network Ball at the Bridgewater Hotel, nestled alongside the river. We were thrilled to provide our event hire services to bring their vision to life.

We transformed the space with our Tall White Bar, which became a central hub for serving champagne. The bar was complete with a personalised logo sign on the front and table vase arrangements not only on the bar but also scattered throughout the venue, adding bursts of colour to the night.

We created a dedicated photo area featuring our Ash Luxe Package. This setup incorporated bright orange elements and prominently displayed the group's logo wording again, making it a perfect spot for attendees to snap memorable photos.

Guests were greeted with a personalised foam board sign at the entrance, which mirrored the imagery from their invitations. This thoughtful detail ensured consistency and a cohesive aesthetic throughout the entire event process, from the initial invites to the evening itself.

Every aspect of the event, from the custom bar and logo signage to the vibrant photo area and consistent branding, was planned to create a memorable and seamless experience for the Young Farmer Network Ball at the Bridgewater Hotel.
